With over 30 years of experience caring for babies—including raising four of my own—I am passionate about supporting families as they adjust to life with a newborn. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development, giving me a strong foundation in child development and family relationships.
Born and raised on the beautiful California coast, I also had the unique opportunity to live in Asia for several years. During that time, I lived amongst and learned from children and families from many different countries and cultures. Those experiences broadened my perspective, deepened my understanding of the many ways families nurture and care for their children, and enriched the compassionate, individualized support I provide to every family I serve.
As a DONA International-trained postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, evidence-informed support to help parents feel confident, cared for, and empowered during the postpartum journey. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where your family can rest, recover, and thrive.
